Cow foot, palm oil, ground crayfish, edible potash, calabash nutmeg (ehu), chilli pepper, onion, utazi leaves, Knorr Cube, salt.

Storage:

Keep refrigerated at 5°C or below. Consume within the use-by period provided with the order. Reheat thoroughly until piping hot before serving.
