Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

- UK delivery only
- Standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days
- Express delivery: 1 to 2 working days

7. Pre-Order Meals
Pre-order meals are prepared fresh to order.

- 48 hours notice required
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before delivery
- Refunds are not available once preparation has begun
- Allergen and storage information is provided on each product page

8. Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund.

- Pre-order meals: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before delivery
- Non-food items: You have 14 days from receipt to request a return

9. Allergen and Food Safety
It is your responsibility to check allergen information before ordering.

- Allergen information is provided on each product page
- We cannot guarantee that products are free from traces of allergens
