Delivery Policy

UK delivery, collection and delivery problems

Effective date: 11 August 2026

Last updated: 13 August 2026

1. Delivery area

Our standard service is delivery within the United Kingdom for eligible products and locations. Fresh, chilled, frozen and prepared meals may be limited to selected areas, delivery days or collection arrangements because of food-safety and temperature-control requirements. We do not promise international delivery unless a destination and eligible product are expressly offered at checkout or confirmed by us in writing.

2. Delivery charges and free-delivery offers

Delivery charges are shown before you place the order and may depend on destination, order value, product type and delivery method. Any free-delivery threshold or promotion applies only on the terms displayed at the time of order and may exclude specialist, temperature-controlled, bulky or restricted items where this is made clear before purchase.

3. Delivery times

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown on product pages, at checkout or in the order confirmation. Pre-order and prepared-food lead times are separate from courier transit times. Unless we agree a different period with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made, as required for applicable consumer sales.

4. Delays

If an event outside our reasonable control causes a delay, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and contact you where the delay is material. Your statutory rights concerning late or failed delivery are not affected.

5. Delivery address and availability

You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete delivery address and a working contact number. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

6. Risk and receipt

Goods remain at our risk until they are physically received by you or a person you nominate to receive them, subject to any legal exception where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.

7. Chilled, frozen and prepared food

For chilled, frozen and prepared food, please be available to receive the order during the agreed delivery window and refrigerate or freeze it promptly in line with the product instructions. Do not consume food if the packaging is damaged, the temperature appears unsafe or you reasonably suspect spoilage; contact us immediately instead. We will not instruct a courier to leave temperature-sensitive food unattended unless that delivery method is appropriate and has been specifically agreed.

8. Missed or failed delivery

If delivery fails because the address supplied was incorrect or nobody was available where attendance was required, we will try to contact you. A re-delivery charge may apply where the failure was caused by incorrect customer information or unavailability and the charge is reasonable. Perishable food that can no longer be safely resold may not qualify for a change-of-mind refund where the loss resulted from customer-caused failed delivery. This does not affect rights where we or our delivery provider were at fault.

9. Missing, damaged or incorrect items

Please report missing, damaged, unsafe or incorrect items as soon as reasonably possible. For perishable or temperature-sensitive food, immediate reporting is strongly recommended so that we can investigate safely. Requests for prompt notification do not reduce any statutory right that applies for a longer period.
